Processing & Handling Time:

Orders placed before 2 PM are dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 2 PM will be dispatched the next business day. ​
Shipping Time:
Your order is dispatched immediately following processing and packing. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Toughened mirrors and shatterproof mirrors: 1-3 working days

Standard 5mm Saint-Gobain mirrors: 7-10 working days

Mirror cabinets and custom mirrors: 10-15 working days
Please note that these are estimated timelines, and shipping may be earlier depending on factors such as location and courier efficiency. We partner with reliable delivery services such as BlueDart, Delhivery, and Amazon Shipping to ensure your order reaches you promptly.​

Easy Order Tracking:
You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Use this number to easily monitor your delivery's progress and estimated arrival.

Packaging:
Our mirrors are primarily crafted with toughened glass, significantly reducing the likelihood of transit damage. Nevertheless, we prioritize the secure delivery of every order. To ensure your mirror arrives flawlessly, we employ robust packaging, including double-walled cardboard, hard wood padding and prominent 'Fragile' labeling.

Damaged Items:
Despite our best efforts in packaging, if your items arrive damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. To facilitate a quick replacement, we require an unboxing video of the damaged item. Please send this video within 24 hours of delivery to +91 9205086062 or contact@thelightmirror.com. This video is crucial for processing your replacement and insurance claim. Upon receipt of the damaged item and verification of the unboxing video, we will promptly issue a return and ship a replacement order. Please note that failure to do so or unboxing videos submitted after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted for return or replacement.
