For a full year, your LED components—strips, touch buttons, defoggers, and speakers—are covered, giving you peace of mind with your purchase.

Exclusions:
Please note that our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, natural disasters, improper installation, or any item that is broken or damaged for any reason.

Claiming Warranty:
In the rare event that the LED components of your mirror stop working within the warranty period, you can claim the warranty by following these steps:​

Packaging and Shipping: Pack the mirror properly to prevent any damage during transit. Ensure that the mirror is securely wrapped and protected to avoid further damage. Ship the mirror to us at your expense, covering both the shipping and the return shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your peace of mind.

Assessment and Repair: Once we receive the mirror, our experienced technicians will assess the issue and determine the cause of the LED malfunction. If the issue is covered under the warranty, we will repair or replace the defective LED components as necessary. Rest assured that we use genuine replacement parts to ensure the quality and longevity of your mirror.

Return Shipment: After repairing or replacing the LED components, we will carefully pack the mirror to ensure its safety during transit. Please note that the cost of packaging and shipping the repaired or replaced mirror back to you will be the customer's responsibility. We understand the importance of timely delivery and will make every effort to expedite the return shipment once the repair or replacement is complete.
